The Vertical Dimension in Prosthesis and Orthognathodontics addresses the critical role of vertical dimension in complex dental treatments, where aesthetic demands often conflict with functional requirements. Author Nazzareno Bassetti presents a methodology for reconstructing occlusion that emphasizes the health of the entire stomatognathic system. The text guides clinicians through both digital and analog gnathologic diagnostic processes, the application of Vienna School principles to vertical dimension projects, and the implementation of the Occlusal Mandibular Reposition Technique (OMRT). It further explores the relationship between mandibular position and facial macroesthetics, providing a comprehensive 10-step treatment planning guide.
